Local, hands-on support, with clear responsibilities
FinanFa Network connects institutions, Super Masters, Masters, agencies, service points and agents. The agent supports the customer within the limits of their mandate. They can neither modify a balance nor transfer a product to another institution without an authorized procedure.

The local support network is operated by the local FinanFa operator and its licensed partners.
Changing agent
The customer keeps their FinanFa identity and their contracts. Changing agent changes the day-to-day support, but not the institution carrying existing products. A new agent from another institution can offer new products without automatically gaining access to the old ones.
