2. Corporate purpose

Per its bylaws, the company's purpose includes, among other things: digital financial services, tontine and digital savings, financial products, as well as foreign exchange and market operations, under applicable regulatory conditions.

3. Status of app features

The FinanFa app's features (wallet, tontine, savings, investment, insurance, marketplace) presented on this site are being rolled out progressively. Their actual availability, country by country, will be clarified as new launches happen.

4. FinanFa is not a bank

FinanFa is neither a bank, nor an electronic money institution, nor an insurance company, unless expressly authorized and duly communicated at a later date.

5. Products distributed by partners

Any investment, insurance or microfinance products presented on this site are provided or distributed by licensed partners, subject to applicable regulatory approvals. FinanFa is not legally the provider of these products.

6. No guarantee of return

No return, rate or performance is guaranteed by FinanFa on any savings or investment products presented.

7. Status of legal notices

The company's legal identity (RCCM, tax ID, registered office) has been confirmed by FinanFa's management. Any sector-specific regulatory approvals required for certain products (insurance, investment) remain the responsibility of the relevant licensed partners.
